Turbinaire® Compressor-Powered HVLP Guns can be used for
most materials with any compressor that will produce a minimum
of 8 CFM at 80 PSI. The internal diffusers in the gun convert the
air from high pressure to low pressure at a rate of 10:1, reducing the
atomizing air at the Air Cap to compliant levels by HVLP standards of
less than 10 PSI.
By spraying at low pressure, the coating doesn't bounce back from the
surface such as with conventional high pressure guns. As a result,
Turbinaire® HVLP spray guns virtually eliminate overspray
and reduce coating consumption.
